- 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup honey or preferred sweetener
- Ice cubes
Instructions

In a blender, combine the chopped carrots and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

Pour the carrot-lemon mixture into a pitcher. Add cold water and honey. Stir well to combine.
