Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup honey or preferred sweetener
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped carrots and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the carrot-lemon mixture into a pitcher. Add cold water and honey. Stir well to combine.

  3. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the carrot lemonade over the ice.

  4. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
