  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • Juice of 4 limes
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 2 cups club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Additional fresh mint leaves and raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries, mint leaves, and sugar together until the raspberries are crushed and the mint leaves release their fragrance.

  2. Add the lime juice and rum to the shaker and fill it with ice cubes.

  3. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to combine all the ingredients.

  4. Fill each glass with ice cubes and strain the mixture from the shaker equally into each glass.

  5. Top off each glass with club soda and gently stir to combine.

  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and raspberries.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
