How To Make Pumpkin-Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, rolled oats, honey, almond butter, chopped walnuts, raisins, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bars are set and slightly golden around the edges.
