Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, combine grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Toss chicken wings in the parmesan mixture until evenly coated.

  4. Arrange the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
