How To Make Baja Fresh Beef Taquitos
Crispy rolled tacos filled with tender seasoned beef, cheese and fresh toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- oil for frying
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper; mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Spoon meat mixture onto tortillas and sprinkle with cheese, onion and tomato.

Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry taquitos until crispy and golden brown.

Serve with fresh cilantro and your desired dipping sauce.
