Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 pound ground sausage
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.

  2. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, ground sausage, breadcrumbs, thyme, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  4. Peel the cooled eggs and divide the pork mixture into 4 equal portions. Flatten each portion in your hand and wrap around an egg, shaping it into a ball.

  6. Serve the Scotch eggs hot or at room temperature.
