  • 1 bunch of Lacinato kale, stems removed and leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add the chopped kale to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until wilted and tender.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if desired).

  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
