- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 12 small flour tortillas
- Cooking spray
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, salsa, chopped cilantro, and taco seasoning. Mix well.

Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them easier to roll.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, slightly off-center. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and chicken filling.

Spray the taquitos lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
