How To Make Warm Raspberry Cupcakes with Orange Sugar Drizzle

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- for the orange sugar drizzle:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
