How To Make Bergamot Mojito

- 2 cups fresh mint leaves
- 4 bergamot fruits, juiced
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 1 cup white rum
- Ice cubes
- Soda water
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions

In a pitcher, muddle the mint leaves with the bergamot juice and lime juice until fragrant.

Add the simple syrup and white rum to the pitcher and stir well.

Fill 4 glasses with ice cubes.
