  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 tsp white sugar
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 cup club soda

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime wedges, mint leaves, and sugar until the lime juice is released and the mint is fragrant.

  2. Add crushed ice and white rum to the shaker. Shake well to combine.

  3. Pour the mixture into 4 glasses and top each glass with club soda.

  4. Garnish with additional lime wedges and mint leaves.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
