Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas.

  2. Rinse the strawberries and blueberries.

  3. In a blender, add the sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.

  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  5. If desired, add ice cubes for a colder and thicker consistency.

  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
