  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together protein powder, almond butter, honey, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Use a tablespoon to scoop batter onto a lined baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
