How To Make Elderflower Wine
This is a refreshing and aromatic wine made from elderflowers.

Ingredients
- 20 elderflower heads
- 1.5 kg granulated sugar
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4.5 liters boiling water
- 15g wine yeast
- 5g citric acid
Instructions

Remove the flowers from the elderflower heads and place them in a large sterilized fermentation bucket.

Add the sugar, lemon slices, boiling water, wine yeast, and citric acid to the bucket and stir well.

Cover the bucket with a clean cloth and leave it to ferment for 24 hours in a cool place.

After 24 hours, strain the liquid through a fine sieve into clean sterilized bottles.

Close the bottles tightly with cork or screw caps and leave them in a cool place to ferment for 2-3 weeks.

Once the wine is clear and no longer bubbling, it is ready to be enjoyed.
