How To Make Citrus Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tea bags (black or green)
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.

  2. Remove the tea bags and discard. Stir in the honey until dissolved.

  3. Add the sliced citrus fruits to a pitcher and pour the hot tea over them. Let cool to room temperature.

  4. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled.

  5. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with additional citrus slices, if desired.
