Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the bananas, frozen berries, spinach, almond milk, honey, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

  3. Once frozen, remove the smoothie cubes from the tray and transfer them to a freezer bag for easier storage.

  4. When ready to enjoy, simply add a few smoothie cubes to a blender along with a liquid of your choice (more almond milk or water) and blend until smooth.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing smoothie!
