  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 2 cups club soda
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves and cucumber slices.

  2. Add lime juice and sugar to the shaker and give it a good shake.

  3. Divide the mixture evenly between 4 glasses.

  4. Fill each glass with ice cubes and pour 1/4 cup of white rum into each glass.

  5. Top off each glass with club soda.

  6. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

  7. Garnish with extra mint leaves and cucumber slices.

  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
