How To Make Kaju Katli
A traditional Indian sweet made with cashews that has a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cashews, ground into a fine powder
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of ghee (clarified butter)
Instructions

In a pan, mix sugar and water. Heat it on a medium flame till the sugar dissolves completely.

Add the ground cashew powder and ghee to the sugar syrup. Mix well.

Cook this mixture on a low flame, stirring continuously.

Once the mixture thickens and starts leaving the edges of the pan, turn off the flame.

Pour the mixture onto a greased plate and let it cool down completely.

Cut the cooled mixture into diamond-shaped pieces.
