  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup of day-old bread cubes
  • 1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain the excess fat.

  3. In a bowl, mix the bread cubes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Add the bacon and grated cheese to the bowl and stir well.
