  • 750mlWoodford Reserve bourbon,(1 bottle)
  • 3medium granny smith apples,cored and quartered
  • 4cinammon sticks
  • 2whole vanilla beans

Instructions

  1. In a jar, combine Woodford Reserve bourbon with Granny Smith apples, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla beans.

  2. Refrigerate for 2 to 5 days, shaking the jar and tasting the infusion daily.

  3. Strain through a fine sieve into another jar.

  4. Serve the infused bourbon on the rocks, or shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
