Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the following ingredients: peppers in adobo sauce, garlic, onion powder, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
Add the adobo sauce to the mixture and stir to coat the meat.
Next, wrap the flour tortillas in parchment paper, place them on a microwaveable plate, and warm them for 1 minute.
Spoon the following onto each flour tortilla in order: roughly 2 tablespoons of ground beef, 1 tablespoon of chopped tomatoes, and 1 ounce of shredded lettuce per tortilla.
Lastly, sprinkle roughly 1½ ounce of shredded cheese over each taco and serve with sour cream and tomato sauce.
