1bottlesoda12 oz

Instructions
Combine soda and agar-agar powder in a heavy saucepot. Stir, making sure the mixture is lump-free. Bring to boil for 1 minute, until all the powder has dissolved.
Let the mixture cool down before transferring into glasses.
Leave to cool and set to room temperature, about 20 minutes.
Top it off with a dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with a sprinkle of coffee granules.
