medium-sized, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped

apricots
ripe, pitted, and coarsely chopped

strawberries
ripe, hulled, and coarsely chopped

plain low-fat yogurt

low-fat milk

fresh orange juice

whole, hulled for garnishing, optional
Instructions
Combine the chopped mangoes, apricots, strawberries, yogurt, milk, orange juice, and vanilla in a blender.
Blend for about 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly into 4 large glasses.
If desired, garnish each glass with a hulled strawberry or add protein toppings like chia and granola. Pop a straw in there and enjoy!
