Ingredients
1/8tsp.salt
3tsp.butter
6slicesthick bread
1tbsp.powdered sugar
2eggs
1/2cupmilk
1tsp.vanilla
3tbsp.all-purpose flour
Instructions
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Add in vanilla, milk, salt, and flour to the bowl and continue mixing. You can use a mixer instead of a whisk if you'd like.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat.
Add 1 tsp of butter and coat the pan.
Dip bread in the batter and place in the skillet.
Cook on both sides until brown for about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with powdered sugar.
