imitation crabmeat logs
(1 package), halved

cup
penne pasta
cooked and cooled

black olives
(1 can), sliced in rings

dill pickles
or pickles of your choice, sliced
salt and ground black pepper
to taste

tbsp
mayonnaise

tsp
rice vinegar
or sushi vinegar

tsp
brown sugar

tsp
sesame oil
To Serve:
mayonnaise
bread crumbs
Instructions
Whisk sesame oil, brown sugar, rice or sushi vinegar, and mayonnaise in a bowl until evenly incorporated.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly.
Pour the pasta, pickles, olives, and imitation crabmeat into a bowl and mix.
Garnish. Enjoy your salad.
