Make light and buttery pancakes with our easy thin pancake recipe. You can have them in 30 minutes or a batter that you can refrigerate for tomorrow.

Ingredients
1½
cups
all purpose flour
3
tsp
baking powder
1
tbsp
white sugar
3
tbsp
butter
unsalted, melted
1
egg
1¼
cups
milk
whole or evaporated
cooking spray
To Serve:
powdered sugar
whipping cream
Instructions
Sift the flour and baking powder together into a bowl.
Add white sugar, butter, and egg. Mix.
Slowly add the milk while whisking the mixture. Whisk until smooth. Then let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium-low heat.
Brush the skillet with butter. Then, place ¼ cup of batter into the pan and swirl it around to spread. Cook for 30 to 45 seconds on each side.
Repeat till all the batter is used up.
Serve it with a dusting of powdered sugar and whipped cream on top. Enjoy!
