How To Make Water Chestnut and Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 can water chestnuts, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 head lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it into small chunks as it cooks.

Add diced water chestnuts, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar.

Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture in the skillet and stir until well combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

To serve, spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
