How To Make Rhubarb Strawberry Cobbler

- 1lbstrawberries,fresh or frozen
- ½lbrhubarb,fresh or frozen, thinly sliced
- 1¼cupssugar,divided
- 1cupflour
- 2tspbaking powder
- 1tspcinnamon
- ½tspsalt
- ¾cupmilk
- ¼cupbutter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Place strawberries, rhubarb, and ½ cup of sugar in a medium saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until the fruit is tender.

In a large bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in milk.

Melt butter in the microwave and spread into the bottom of a 9×11-inch glass baking dish.

Drop batter over the butter. Spoon the warm fruit over the batter, trying to keep it relatively even.
