How To Make Apple and Grapes in Cream

Delight in an easy fall fruit dessert with this apple and grapes in cream. It’s mixed with cream cheese and yogurt with walnuts for added crunch.

Ingredients

  • 3cupsgreen seedless grapes,(16 oz) washed and dried well
  • 4cupsgala apples,(24 oz) diced
  • ½tsplemon juice
  • 8ozfat-free Chobani Greek yogurt
  • 4ozlight cream cheese,softened
  • ¼cuplight agave,or brown sugar
  • 1tspvanilla extract

For the Topping:

  • 2tbspbrown sugar,packed
  • ½cupwalnuts or pecans,chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut grapes in half and set aside.

  2. Dice apples into small pieces about the same size as the cut grapes. Toss with lemon juice to prevent the apples from browning.

  3. Mix yogurt, cream cheese, agave, and vanilla until blended well.

  4. Stir in grapes and apples and pour into 8 small bowls or ramekins or one large serving dish.

  5. Combine brown sugar and crushed walnuts. Sprinkle over top of each ramekin.

  6. Chill until ready to serve.
