How To Make Valentine’s Day Cookie Pops
Give these soft cookie pops to a special person for Valentine’s! It’s a simple cookie-based lollipop treat topped with icing made from meringue powder.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1pkgheart-shaped sugar cookies,pre-made
- heart sprinkles,or any other pink sprinkles you prefer
- lollipop sticks
For Royal Icing:
- 1tbspmeringue powder
- 5ozpowdered sugar
- 3tbspwater
Instructions

Mix together the icing sugar and meringue powder.

Add water a little bit at a time until the icing is a good consistency to brush on the edges of the cookies.

Place a stick in the centre of each pre-made cookie. If it cracks a little, give it a little push using a finger.

Place on parchment paper and bake according to directions. Cool completely.

Working quickly, brush half each cookie with the icing mixture and dip into sprinkles. Allow to dry.

Package in treat bags with ribbon or serve.
Recipe Notes
If you don’t have meringue powder, use flour instead. However, it will not stick as well as the meringue powder.
