How To Make Vegan Brownies
Whip up some guilt-free dessert by trying out these sweet vegan brownies! They taste just as good as the ordinary ones, and takes only 30 minutes to make.

Ingredients
- ¼cupavocado,pureed or well-mashed
- ¼cupavocado oil,or extra-virgin olive oil
- 1cupwhite whole wheat flour,or all-purpose flour
- ½cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- ¾cupcane sugar,or granulated sugar
- 1tspbaking soda
- ½tspsalt
- ¾cupwater,or ½ cup brewed coffee plus ¼ cup water
- 1½cupsvegan chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pureed avocado and olive oil until smooth.

Add in the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, salt, and water.

Stir until smooth, then fold in 1 cup of the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then spread it evenly throughout the pan.

Sprinkle with an additional ½ cup of dark chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.

Remove, then let the brownies sit out for at least 20 minutes.

Cut the brownies into squares, serve, and enjoy!
