How To Make Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

Delicious, hearty and healthy soup made with chicken and veggies in slow cooker.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 large carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, broth, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, thyme, salt and pepper to slow cooker.

  2. Stir to combine ingredients.

  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.

  4. In last 30 minutes, add egg noodles and continue to cook until tender.

  5. Stir in parsley before serving.
