How To Make Garlic Ranch Mashed Potatoes
A bowl of smooth and creamy mashed potatoes is just what you need for the perfect side! It’s loaded with savory garlic and tasty ranch for a richer dish.

Ingredients
- 4lbspotatoes,red skinned
- 4fresh garlic cloves,fresh
- 4tbspbutter
- 1cupsour cream,or Greek yogurt
- ⅔cupranch dressing
- salt and pepper,to taste
- milk,or cream as needed
Instructions

Wash the potatoes, then peel off about ⅔ of the skin, leaving some on the potatoes.

Chop the potatoes into large chunks.

Slice the cloves of garlic into 3 pieces each.

Boil the potatoes and garlic in a large pot of water for 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Drain the potatoes and garlic, then mash them slightly with a potato masher.

Add in the butter, sour cream, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, and milk, then mash to desired consistency. Add additional milk, as needed.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
If the sour cream cools the potatoes down too much, place them back into the saucepan they were cooked in and heat.
