- ½cupfish sauce
- ½cuprice wine vinegar
- 1cupsugar
- ¼cupshallots,finely chopped
- 2garlic cloves
- ¼tspred pepper flakes
- 1tbspfresh cilantro,chopped
- 1tbspfresh mint,chopped

In a bowl, stir together the fish sauce, red wine vinegar, sugar, shallots, garlic, red pepper flakes, cilantro, and mint with 2 tablespoons of water
