How To Make Vietnamese Dressing

Level up your salads by tossing them in this rich Vietnamese dressing, made flavorful with refreshing mint, citrusy cilantro, and tangy red wine vinegar!

  • ½cupfish sauce
  • ½cuprice wine vinegar
  • 1cupsugar
  • ¼cupshallots,finely chopped
  • 2garlic cloves
  • ¼tspred pepper flakes
  • 1tbspfresh cilantro,chopped
  • 1tbspfresh mint,chopped


  1. In a bowl, stir together the fish sauce, red wine vinegar, sugar, shallots, garlic, red pepper flakes, cilantro, and mint with 2 tablespoons of water

  2. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

  3. Stir, drizzle onto salads, and serve. Enjoy!
