- ½cupsun-dried tomatoes,oil-packed
- ÂĽcupbrown sugar
- ÂĽcupcider vinegar
- 1pinchground cloves
- 1pinchground ginger
- 1pinchcayenne
- ½yellow onion
- 1clovegarlic
- salt
Instructions

Combine the apple juice, tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar, cloves, ginger, cayenne, onion, and garlic in a blender and blend until fairly smooth. Transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan.
