Ingredients

  • 1cupapple juice
  • ½cupsun-dried tomatoes,oil-packed
  • ¼cupbrown sugar
  • ¼cupcider vinegar
  • 1pinchground cloves
  • 1pinchground ginger
  • 1pinchcayenne
  • ½yellow onion
  • 1clovegarlic
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the apple juice, tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar, cloves, ginger, cayenne, onion, and garlic in a blender and blend until fairly smooth. Transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan.

  2. Season with salt and simmer over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes until very thick and slightly darkened.

  3. Serve on hot dogs, hamburgers, and sausages. Enjoy!
