How To Make Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- ⅔cupsour cream
- ⅓cupmayonnaise
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- 1½cupsmozzarella cheese,divided
- ½cupparmesan cheese,fresh shredded
- ½cupgruyere cheese
- 10ozfrozen spinach,chopped, defrosted, squeezed dry
- 14ozartichoke hearts,marinated, chopped
For Serving:
- 1baguette,optional
- olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic with a hand mixer until fluffy.

Stir in the parmesan cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, gruyere cheese, spinach, and artichokes.

Place into a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish, then top with the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is browned.

Slice the baguette into ½-inch slices.

Lightly brush one side of each slice with olive oil.

Broil the oiled side for about 2 minutes or just until lightly browned.

Remove from the oven, then gently rub each slice with a clove of garlic.

Serve with spinach artichoke dip, and enjoy!
