Ingredients

  • 2cupsgranulated sugar
  • ¼cupall-purpose flour
  • ¼cupcocoa powder
  • 12ozevaporated milk
  • ¼cupbutter

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the sugar, flour and cocoa powder in a saucepan.

  2. Add evaporated milk and butter.

  3. Bring the mixture to a low boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.

  4. Gently boil the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened.

  5. Allow mixture to cool for 5 to 10 minutes, then whisk once more.

  6. Serve over ice cream, and enjoy!
