Ingredients

  • 1 oz taco seasoning mix
  • 16 oz refried beans
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green onions, chopped
  • iceberg lettuce, (1 head), or romaine lettuce or mix, shredded
  • 6 oz black olives, drained
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, blend the taco seasoning mix and refried beans.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a large serving platter.
  3. Mix the sour cream and cream cheese in a medium bowl.
  4. Spread the cream mixture over the refried beans evenly.
  5. Top the layers with salsa then place a layer of tomato, green bell pepper, green onions, and lettuce.
  6. Top with cheddar cheese and garnish with black olives. Serve and enjoy!
