  • 3tbspbrown sugar
  • 1tbspagave nectar,or honey
  • ½cuppumpkin,canned
  • 1tsppumpkin pie spice
  • 1tspcinnamon
  • 1tspvanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and agave nectar until creamy.

  2. Add the pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla, then beat until smooth.

  3. Serve over bagels or bread, and enjoy!
