  • ½cupsea salt
  • 1tspdried organic lavender
  • 1tspdried thyme
  • 1tspdried rosemary
  • 1tspdried basil or oregano
  • 1lemon zest,heaping, wash and dry lemon well before using, grated

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, use a spoon or fork to break up any large salt crystals.

  2. Stir in herbs and lemon zest; mix well.

  3. Let sit 1 hour before sealing in a small glass jar.
