Ingredients

  • 2fresh cilantro,with stems
  • 3jalapeno peppers,seeded
  • 1lime,juiced
  • 3garlic cloves
  • ½cupmayonnaise,reduced-fat, or more to taste
  • 1extra-virgin olive oil,or more to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend the cilantro, jalapenos, lime juice, garlic, mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a food processor or blender.

  2. Blend in more mayonnaise or oil to adjust thickness, if desired.

  3. Serve over desired dishes, and enjoy!
