This simple steak marinade recipe truly does wonders for your steaks. It only uses 4 ingredients but it flavors and tenderizes the meat to juicy perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ale
  • tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • steak, (2 to 8 oz), cut of your choice

For Serving:

  • 2 oz potato fries
  • 2 oz mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Marinate your steak of choice in the ale for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Do not marinate overnight.
  2. Thoroughly combine brown sugar, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grease with cooking spray.
  4. Remove the steak from the ale and rub the sugar mixture onto both sides.
  5. Grill the marinated steak to your desired level of doneness.
  6. Serve with potato fries, mixed vegetables, or your preferred side dishes.
