  • 1cuporange juice
  • 16ozfresh cranberries
  • ½cupwalnuts
  • 1tbsplemon peel,grated

Instructions

  1. Add sugar and orange juice to a stockpot and bring to a boil.

  2. When sugar has melted, turn heat down to a gentle boil.

  3. Add cranberries and simmer for 15 minutes, until cranberries pop.

  4. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

  5. Top with grated lemon peel and walnuts.
