How To Make Mmm Hummus
A quick and easy recipe for a delicately smooth and savory dip, or have it as a side dish on its own! A wonderful blend of tahini, garlic, and dill with a smooth chickpea paste.

Ingredients
- 1 small chick peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 lemon, juiced and ¼ of the zest
- 4 tsp fresh garlic, minced
- 2 pinch dill, optional
- 10 tbsp tahini
- 8 tbsp water
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 pinch black pepper
Instructions

Combine ½ the lemon juice and remaining ingredients in food processor.
- Adjust dill to taste.
- Add more lemon juice if too thick.
- Once lemon juice is used, add water to your desired consistency.
