- 1⅓cupstomato sauce
- ⅓cuptomato paste
- ⅓cuphoney
- ½cupred wine vinegarplus 3 tbsp
- ¼cupmolassesunsulfured
- 2tspall natural hickory liquid smokelike Colgin
- ½tspcayenne pepper
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspblack peppercoarsely ground
- ½tsppaprika
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- ¼tsponion powder
- ⅛tspground cinnamon
- ⅛tspchili powder
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, tomato paste, honey, red wine vinegar, molasses, liquid smoke, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, and chili powder.

Simmer over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
