Ingredients

  • 1cupdry white wine
  • 1garlic clove
  • 2green onions,sliced
  • 3ozcream cheese
  • 4ozcheddar cheese,shredded
  • 4ozswiss cheese,shredded
  • 4ozmozarella cheese,shredded
  • 2tbspflour
  • ½lbbacon,cooked crisp, crumbled
  • 4ozjalapeno peppers,drained, chopped
  • pretzel bread,warm, for serving

Instructions

  1. Simmer the wine, garlic, and green onion for 2 minutes.

  2. Stir in the cream cheese until melted.

  3. Toss the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, and mozzarella cheese with the flour. Add the cheese a handful at a time over low heat until melted.

  4. Stir in the bacon and jalapeno peppers.

  5. Serve warm with pretzel bread for dipping, and enjoy!
