How To Make Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
This rich artichoke dip is loaded with spinach and shallots tossed in cream cheese, yogurt, and loads of Parmesan and mozzarella.

Ingredients
- 13¾ozartichoke hearts packed in water,drained
- 10ozfrozen spinach,thawed and squeezed
- ¼cupshallots,chopped
- 1clovegarlic
- ½cupfat-free Greek yogurt
- ½cuplight mayonnaise
- ⅔cupgood quality Parmesan,grated
- 4ozpart-skim mozzarella cheese,shredded
- salt and fresh pepper,to taste
- olive oil spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a small food processor, coarsely chop the artichoke hearts with garlic and shallots.

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.

Place in an oven-proof dish and bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted. Serve right away.
