How To Make Hot Mexican Spinach Dip
A wonderful Mexican salsa with a slight variation. This incredible spinach dip has everything you could ask for in a dip.

Ingredients
- 16 oz salsa
- 10 oz frozen spinach, chopped , thawed and drained
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, diced and softened
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 ¼ oz black olives, chopped, drained
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper , to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a medium baking dish, mix together salsa, chopped spinach, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, evaporated milk, black olives, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Bake mixture in the preheated oven 12 to 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
