How To Make Hot Chicken Philly Cheesesteak Dip

This creamy Philly cheesesteak dip is made with baked chicken for a filling dip! It’s tossed with tangy sour cream, cream cheese, and more.

Ingredients

  • 8ozchicken cutlets,thin sliced
  • tspkosher salt
  • black pepper,to taste
  • cooking spray
  • 1cuponion,diced
  • 1cupgreen pepper,diced
  • ¼cuplight mayonnaise
  • ½cuplight sour cream
  • 4ozlight cream cheese,softened
  • 4ozmild provolone cheese,shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Spray a grill pan or large skillet with cooking spray.

  4. Cook the chicken on high heat about 1 minute on each side, until cooked through.

  5. Slice the chicken into thin pieces, then set aside.

  6. Spray the pan with more oil, then sauté onions and peppers over medium-low heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until soft.

  7. Combine the chicken, sautéed onions and peppers, mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream, and provolone cheese in a medium bowl.

  8. Place the dip mix in an oven-proof dish.

  9. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot and the cheese is melted.

  10. Serve warm with favorite chips, and enjoy!
