This creamy dip is always a hit at parties. It’s a cheesy appetizer with a kick.

How To Make Horseradish Cheddar Dip

This is an easy-to-make dip recipe but it tastes so good. It has a wonderful combination of flavors that perfectly fits with crackers.

  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (finely shredded (about 3 C.), at room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (or yogurt cheese)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • ½ cup prepared horseradish (without sugar)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • fresh Italian parsley (or cilantro leaves for garnish, chopped )
  1. Place the cheese, sour cream, and butter in a food processor and process until smooth.

  2. Add the horseradish and lemon juice and process until incorporated.

  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately, garnished with parsley, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

  4. If refrigerated, let soften before serving.
